Terms and Conditions for Lucrum Algorithmic Trading Fz LLC Forex PAMM Service
1. Introduction
This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the "Terms") for the use of forex PAMM services provided by Lucrum Algorithmic Trading Fz LLC (the"Company"), offered through Vantage Markets. By accessing and using our services, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
"PAMM": Percent Allocation Management Module.
"User": Any individual or entity that registers to use the Service.
"Service": Forex PAMM investment service provided by the Company, operated through Vantage Markets.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Company’s Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
4. Eligibility and Registration
Users must be 18 years or older and meet all other eligibility criteria.
Users must complete the registration process, providing accurate and current information.
Compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is mandatory.
5. Nature of the Service
The Company provides a forex PAMM service through Vantage Markets, allowing Users to allocate funds to a managed forex trading pool.
Investments are subject to market risks, including the potential loss of principal, and other associated risks such as broker risk.
6. User Obligations and Conduct
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Misuse or fraudulent use of the Service is strictly prohibited.
Copytrading of the Company's trades is not allowed and will result in immediate termination of the User’s PAMM account.
7. Investment and Fees
The only fee is a 30% performance fee on profits earned monthly. No fees are charged in non-profitable months.
Users are responsible for any taxes arising from their investment.
8. Performance and Reporting
Profit/loss is calculated monthly. Regular reports on investment performance will be provided.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
9. Withdrawals and Distributions
Users can withdraw their funds from Vantage Markets at any time, subject to the Company's approval.No limitations or penalties are imposed on withdrawals.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
User datais managed through Vantage Markets; the Company does not directly handle user data.
With user consent, the Company may use customer data to inform about investment performance.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Company’s website are the property of the Company or its licensors.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify the Company against any losses, damages, or costs arising from their violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of Ras Al Khaimah, where the Company is registered, and through arbitration in Dubai.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ras Al Khaimah.
15. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
